In India we are the largest manufacturer of Slinky Stators (Helical Core), starter motors, cooling fan motors, Ignition coils, 3D cores, Stators & diecasted Rotors for FHP motors, Ceiling Fan, Cooler Motors, Air conditioner motors, and BLDC motors.
About the Venus Group
VSPL is part of the well known Venus Group with around 40 years of experience and expertise in the field of deep drawing parts and sub assemblies for almost all car manufacturer in India.
VSPL was founded in 1985 by Kathuria brothers under the leadership of our Chairman Mr. D.N. Kathuria in the city of Faridabad which is in the National Capital Region of New Delhi, in the northern part of India. The DNA of the Group is spirit of sacrifice and continuous Hard work which still continues in the new generation and team members.
Today VSPL is well known in India for manufacturing of electrical laminations and Fine Blanking Parts, VSPL has Inhouse Tool Design, Machine Design, Tool Manufacturing, Machine Manufacturing and part Manufacturing facilities.

Unsurpassed quality stamping dies are designed on 3D CAD/CAM systems and elements manufactured on the world most precise machine tools. With investments on a super high precision MITSUI SEIKI CNC jig borer, capable to deliver unprecedented accuracies for progressive dies above 2 meters long, as required in the demanding Hybrid/ Electric Vehicle powertrain applications.
Assembly
Our value creation to customers extend beyond stamping with laminations sub-assembly capabilities, such as helical “slinky” stator winding, de carburising, stress relief annealing, rotor aluminium die casting, plastic overmoulding, shaft inserting, riveting, Cleating and multiple welding sources (TIG/MIG, Fiber laser) for Assembly.
Research & Development
Venus is committed to customers to help them by providing prototype services by giving quick and accurate prototypes using wire cuts and precision fiber laser, and designing special purpose machines for new products.
